Dinnington Town Football Club - Ground Regulations

Defined Terms

 

- “Club” means Dinnington Town Football Club.

- “Illegal Substance” means any drug which is not legally obtainable, or which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained. The term includes prescribed drugs not being used for prescribed purposes. 

- “Ground” means this football stadium and all locations owned, occupied or utilised by the club. 

- “Match” means any football match (or any part or aspect of such a match) taking place at the Ground.

- "Spectator(s)" means anybody entering the ground for a match or training during allocated times given to the club.

Notice: Entry to the Ground is expressly subject to acceptance by the visitor of these Ground Regulations. Entry to the Ground shall constitute acceptance of the Ground Regulations.

1. General Behaviour
1.1 All spectators must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful and responsible manner at all times.
1.2 All spectators must follow the instructions of Dinnington Town FC officials, stewards and volunteers at all times.
1.3 ​At our sole discretion, without warning, the club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour and/or language is deemed unacceptable.

2. Anti-Social Behaviour
2.1 Aggressive, abusive or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the ground.

2.2 Fighting or attempting to incite violence will result in removal from the ground.
2.3 Climbing over the perimeter fencing and/or encroaching onto the playing surface without permission from the club  is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the ground.

3. Discriminatory Behaviour
3.1 Discriminatory behaviour of any kind is not tolerated.
3.2 This includes racist, homophobic, sexist or abusive language or chanting.
3.3 Anyone engaging in discriminatory behaviour will be removed and will face a ban and further action.

 

4. Throwing of Objects
4.1 The throwing of any object is strictly prohibited, this includes bottles, cans, cups, coins or any other items.
4.2 Anyone throwing objects will be removed from the ground and will face further action.

 

5. Alcohol and Substances
5.1 Only alcohol purchased from the bar within Dinnington Resource Centre may be consumed within the stadium.
5.2 All alcohol must be transferred into and consumed from plastic glasses.
5.3 No glass is permitted within the ground under any circumstances.
5.4 Anyone intoxicated to a level that causes concern will be refused entry or removed.
5.5 The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Smoking
6.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the ground.
6.2 A designated smoking area is provided and must be used.

 

7. Children and Young Persons
7.1 All persons aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
7.2 Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of children in their care.
7.3 The club reserves the right to request proof of age where necessary.

 

8. Restricted Areas and Safety
8.1 The hatched yellow area directly in front of the stand is a restricted no standing zone and must be kept clear at all times.

8.2 All spectators in seated area must remain seated.

8.3 Spectators must not block gangways, exits or emergency access routes.
8.4 Climbing on structures, barriers or buildings is prohibited.
8.5 Entry into restricted areas is not permitted.

 

9. Matchday Restricted Access
9.1 During matches, the tunnel and changing room corridor are strictly out of bounds to spectators.
9.2 Access is limited to players, team staff, club officials, match officials and authorised personnel only.

 

10. Damage and Misuse of Property
10.1 Damage to club property will result in removal and potential recovery of costs.
10.2 Deliberate damage will be reported to the police.

 

11. Searches and Entry
11.1 The club reserves the right to search any person entering the ground.
11.2 Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry.

 

12. Liability and Disclaimer
12.1 Spectators attend at their own risk.
12.2 The club accepts no responsibility for injury or loss resulting from reckless, unsafe or anti-social behaviour.
12.3 The club accepts no responsibility for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged.

 

13. Enforcement
13.1 Failure to comply with these regulations will result in removal from the ground.
13.2 The club may issue temporary or permanent bans.
13.3 Serious incidents will be reported to the relevant authorities.
