Join the excitement as we launch the new Dinnington Town Junior Premier League team for the 2025/26 season!
We're on the lookout for passionate young players who are eager to elevate their game and play against some of the best teams in the country.
Naturally because of this you'll be playing already being playing in a high level grassroots team on wanting extra match time on Saturdays.
This team would be completely separate to any Sunday League football so we are welcome players from any club to join our JPL team.
This is for next seasons age groups so players must be in Year 5 as of September 2025.

What is The Junior Premier League
The Junior Premier League (JPL) is England's premier national youth football league, designed for aged U7 to U18.
It emphasises player development and offers a competitive atmosphere, allowing talented players to compete against one another while maintaining your local grassroots club commitments on Sundays.

Is the Junior Premier League the same as Grassroots?
The standard is generally higher than grassroots and the game differs slightly.

Games kick off between 9:30am and 2pm unless the travel time is over 90 minutes, in which case the earliest kick off permitted time is 10am.

At U10's we'll play in a central venue in Rotherham on 3G, and then from U11's we'll switch to the more traditional home and away fixtures with our games being played at the Blackout13.com Arena (S25 2PP).

Matches are played over 3 periods of 17 minutes

Every player selected in the match day squad must play a minimum of 50% of the game.

You're can register up to 7 subs for 7v7 matches, so 14 players in total in your squad.

In accordance with The FA directive into heading in youth football, heading will not be permitted at all matches at U7 – U10.
What's on offer
If selected for the team there will be a £50 signing on fee in June and then monthly payments of £35 per player starting from June and ending in May.
In total it will cost £470 per year to play for our JPL side.

All year round training on our 3G surface. Sessions will be Tuesdays 5pm to 6pm at Dinnington Town (S25 2PP).

Midweek friendly matches, tournaments and games during the off season where available.

All games are filmed using VEO, with highlights & analysis being sent to watch and keep forever. You'll also have access to player highlights to create sharable digital showreels for each players goals, saves, assists or moments that matter.

Players selected receive a home kit, away kit, tracksuit, training top and winter jacket.
