Sunday Summer Festival - Match schedules
Welcome to the Blackout13.com Arena, the home of Dinnington Town Football Club.
Below you'll find information on the festival, fixtures for the day, rules for the matches and other useful information for the day.
First Aid points can be found inside the Resource Centre or at the festival registration desk.

Car parking is available on site and on the surrounding streets. Access to the festivals is via the front entrance of Dinnington Resource Centre on Laughton Road.
Match rules

Games will be 20 minutes in duration. The direction of play and kick off are decided by the toss of a coin.
​

Substitutions can be made at the referees permission, at any time during the game, on a roll-on roll-off basis.
​

Normal 5v5 (mini soccer), 7v7 (mini soccer), 9v9 and 11v11 rules apply to all games as applicable to the age group.

U7 / U8 / U9 deliberately heading the ball is an offence punishable by an indirect free kick. Throw-ins are replaced with pass ins or dribble ins. A goal cannot be scored directly from a pass-in.

Appropriate kit, footwear and shin pads must be worn by all players at all times.
​

If a player receives two cautions (yellow cards) during the tournament they would miss the next game.
​

If a player is sent from the field of play (straight red card) for an offence other than violent conduct they would not be eligible to play in the next game.
​

A red card for violent conduct and/or offensive, insulting, or abusive behaviour results in the player missing all remains games of the tournament.
​

Results: The top two teams in each group will play each other in a final match, if teams are level, it will be determined on goal difference, then goals scored, then the head to head. If the final is tied, the winners will be determined by a penalty shoot-out. In this event each team takes 5 penalties and in the event of a continued deadlock, the shoot-out would go to sudden death until a winner is determined.

Hot and cold food & drink, including the sale of alcohol is available inside Dinnington Resource Centre.

Toilets are also located inside the Resource Centre too.

Cash, card and contactless payments accepted.

Please note: Bringing your own alcohol onto the premises is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the festivals.
Pitch layout
Pitch rules
The festival is played on a 3G pitch, so appropriate footwear needs to be worn.
​
Incorrect footwear can lead to increased risk of injury for players and damage the playing surface
​
Below you'll find information on what is deemed as suitable footwear, along with other rules and regulations of the pitch.
Footwear rules apply to both players & coaches. Failure to wear the correct footwear will mean players won’t be able to play and coaches will have to coach from behind the fences.

Pitch rules:​

Only players, coaches and physios are allowed on the pitch.

Under no circumstances whatsoever are spectators allowed on the pitch.

No flat soled shoes or trainers.

Boots must be clean of loose mud or grass

No subs benches are allowed on the pitch

No glass or bottles on the pitch

No smoking, food or chewing gum whilst on the pitch

You're required to clear up litter, loose tape, plastic bottles and other waste before leaving the pitch after your game.
